I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. What I enjoy most about providing mental health services is assisting people with finding their voices. That usually happens with establishing and communicating clear, healthy boundaries in relationships. I start that process with how you might relate to me–working to develop a therapeutic alliance, building trust, and working collaboratively.

Sheba is awesome! During a time when I really needed support, she did a great job of holding space for me to process my thoughts and emotions.

She is a good listener, very supportive, and most importantly, honest! A day or two before my session, I would already feel better knowing I was going to talk to her about the things that were going on. She made me feel calm and helped me clear my racing mind.
