I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Treatment approaches that I find most beneficial are cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and family therapy modalities. I find using activities to help clients gain skills in mindfulness are beneficial. This can include creative projects that are thought provoking, sometimes artistic, and most importantly increase awareness of who you are before the world got its hands on you. I will tailor our time together and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs!
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take the step, let’s get started in writing a healthy and new chapter in your life.
I look forward to working with you!
